Our returns policy lasts for 15 days of the delivery date. Once that date has past, no returns/refunds/exchanges will be granted.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returns - We do NOT refund orders unless there has been a manufacturers defect on our part. Size exchanges or color changes are NOT offered, so please ensure you select your CORRECT size using the size guide provided. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
Damaged - If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty in anyway - you have 48 Hours of the delivery date to report it to us with picture/video evidence. In this case, once approved - we will happily send you a new one at no cost to you.
