When will my order be shipped?


Orders placed during the week will generally be shipped out within three days of being placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will generally be shipped out the next two business days.

How do I track the status of my order?


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Your tracking number will be available the day after your order is shipped out. 

What's the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?


Order date is the date upon which your order was entered into the Happy Hour Apparel system. Ship date is the date upon which your order was processed and transferred to the delivery service provider.

Who pays for international import duties and taxes?


Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in the destination country.
